SHIPPING POLICY — Radianza Store
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — $8.00
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — $15.00
International Shipping We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Estimated delivery times vary by country, typically 7–21 business days.
Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
