Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@radianzastore.com.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@radianzastore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
