RETURN POLICY — Radianza Store
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return: Contact us at ventasrian@gmail.com. We will evaluate your case and provide instructions on next steps. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
Beauty & personal care products: For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and personal care products are not eligible for return once opened or used. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos and we will make it right.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at ventasrian@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds: Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for return.
European Union: If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
